I need some friends
What's on your mind?
I'm actually a CN Server player of Arknights. You guys are so lucky to have only 6 chapters, because the 7th one is SOOOOOOO DIFFICULT! I'm still stuck at 7-9, but it have 18 in total...
The only reason I join the US Server is because of Nian, as I didn't get her in CN Server (But I have W).
Well, I love the US Server... At least not so difficult... And I have Ch'en and her new clothes...
Hey guys, how much will ther headhunting permit price raise each time u buyit ? so that i could save and buy a 10x headhunting permit
Your wiki on attacking right now by Graffiti and Vandaliser... Remove them...
Hey, I need to say something here. Please do not change the templates. Technically speaking, the back end stuff is supposed to be regulated, created, and updated by moderators and administrators. If you feel there’s something needed to be changed, you have to create a talk page for that template or go straight to the moderators/administrators. Even better, talk to them on Discord.
I have noticed that, recently, new parameters have been added to templates. This is an issue here. Adding an extra parameter causes every page that uses the template to be updated, as that’s one of the reasons why you guys added the new parameter in the first place. Sometimes they aren’t needed. We aren’t there to provide little details. If we notice something new that should be added the next time, think about the number of pages we have here in the wiki. Do you want to go and update every single page? I don’t think so.
And please do not keep changing stuff, especially the templates. Changing the name of a parameter is fine, but usually, I would stick to changing just the label instead of the label and the parameter. That way, all pages don’t have to be updated as a minor edit. But it is fine to change a parameter name instead of adding a completely new parameter since I can run the bot to update in mere seconds.
When you edit a page, it is often recommended that you have everything ready to be filled in. Do not go edit section by section just to fill that section. Edit the entire page. The wiki activity overflows with recent edits. And most edits seem to be minor.
And I have been holding a lot of this back for a while now. As an administrator, I patrol every edit made in the wiki. I do not overlook them. Although I have allowed some edits to pass my filter, I certainly would like it if the edit policy is followed. For some edits, I have used the bot to require quicker changes. It is my responsibility to keep the wiki consistent.
The edit policy and image policy has been updated. Please take a look at them. I have been using the bot to rename file names to ensure consistency. While in that process, I also noticed that new formatting or rules for image names have been added, even a new category. I have the bot rename pages in the candidates for deletion category to reuse the pages. New operator pages (except the main page for the operator) were supposed to be created after the Global version releases the operators. But, I have gone and renamed the candidates for deletion pages to evaluation pages so that those pages can be used in the future.
In addition, I noticed the usage of
Please do not use it on operator subpages. I have already said not to keep going through every single operator's pages just to add a new format or a piece of new information that only results in a minor edit (and which was not even necessary in the first place). Doing this only makes the wiki inconsistent, as that means every page should adopt this new rule.
Got the game a couple games ago and I'm having trouble beating 1-8. My squad:

This one is a stray complaint. Ignore it if you don't like it.
As a Chinese user, I have to say that the English translations of operators' archives that are available so far use seriously unnatural English that even make a non-native English speaker like I a bit confused. The syntax and choice of words are kinda awkward in my opinion.
Since Arknights is getting international, I think it would be nice if hypergryph can hire better translators. After all, using unnatural English can really create difficulties understanding the game.
It wouldn't be possible for hypergryph to change the content of the operators archives that is already available, but with so many operators available in China going to be uploaded in the global version, there's still chance.
(Tell me if I have any typos or if I'm typing English in an unnatural way because I'm not native

For the last few days, I have been working on redesigning the skill pages so that they are easy to edit and or change.
So far, I have went and updated around 30-40% of the skill pages that the wiki currently have. Before doing any skill pages, please wait until I have finished the existing skill pages first so I can go ahead and update the preload templates for use. Please also do not go and fix the existing skill pages if I have not made any updates to those pages yet.
This process may take up to a few days, so I suggest working around with the stat or file pages in the meantime.
Since the adoption of this wiki, I have been making some changes around the site regarding the appearance and layout and other things. I have also enabled the MassEdit and MassCategorization script on the MediaWiki as site-wide usage. However, I would like to use that only with a bot account as it would become unnecessary edits flooding the rcent wiki activity page.
So far, me and 白金 have used the scripts whenever we see some changes to be made. I have also discussed with a bureaucrat and admin of several other wikis with enough wiki experience to create a bot account and to use it on the Arknights Wiki. Though she is not an admin of this wiki due to such a few edits, I hope to have the bot account she made to be a part of this community.
Hopefully this gets through. The inclusion of a bot account will take care of minor edits and other problems on the wiki. It will not change the wiki at all.
Our founder, Kol.cressie, has left the wiki for 2 months and made the wiki inactive. For now, the wiki is eligible for wiki adoption, and I would like to nominate myself to adopt the wiki.
For the past few weeks, I have been working on some wiki designing. I hope to be able to make policies and guidelines so that the wiki will become a good Arknights database. It would also be much easier to rename and or delete pages, templates, etc. With this, the wiki would also have proper navigation and categorization due to better access methods.
